To ensure our nannies are the best, our screening process includes checking resumes, calling references, processing background checks, and checking social media accounts for good judgment and character.

We serve families in Bozeman, Belgrade, Big Sky, and Paradise Valley as well as Billings and surrounding areas. We are a placement agency, and our fees cover booking only. Childcare providers are paid at the time of service. Rates vary depending on location, and travel fees may apply.

Our Screening process

Internet screening—We screen for inappropriate language, ‘partying’ photos, hate speech, attitude, excellent judgment, discretion, general demeanor, and professionalism.

Nationwide Criminal Background Check Including Department of Motor Vehicle Driving Record Check, Sexual Misconduct Record, Social Security Verification, Residency History

Call three or more childcare/ professional references asking them a list of detailed questions. All references must be outstanding.

One phone interview with candidate and at least one in-person interview, and personally fill the nanny in on your family’s specific needs and desires
