After you register we will follow up if we have any questions about your placement.
Family signs agency contracts.
We will list your job position locally and on nationwide job boards.
If we have any promising candidates we will send you their profiles to review.
We will schedule in-person or video-call interviews for you. We will handle all communication for you and provide you with questions to go over.
Once an offer is made we will provide a contract template and an optional NDA agreement for you and the nanny.
The nanny and family are placed once we receive a copy of the contract and the placement fee has been paid. The nanny will be the family’s employee.
We meet with the nanny before they start to ensure they understand their job duties and expectations.

I’m not one to leave a review but I know how stressful it can be for a parent to leave their child with a sitter in a new location — so I felt compelled to share how incredible my experience was with 406 Nannies! We were paired with Ashley and our whole family joked that it was like having Ms Rachel or Mary Poppins in our living room. She was beyond expectations. So caring and professional. So pleasant to be around. So open to support us and my toddler… we all adored her. She was exceptional. While I can’t speak for any other sitters at this agency, I can speak for Ashley and cannot recommend her enough. Would recommend this agency to anyone!

We had a great experience with 406 Nannies when coming to Big Sky for a ski vacation. At first we were slightly nervous about using a nanny company as we were coming in from out of state, however they were very responsive answered all my questions and provided a detailed overview of their process, their services, etc. The nannies we got during our stay, were so nice, kind and patient with our kids. Meeting the nannies gave us immediate comfort that our kids would be safe and cared for. We appreciate the service and will definitely be using it again when in Big Sky.

I really appreciated the work that 406 Nannies did to get me set up with an awesome sitter. The online process was simple and efficient. Maddie was very good with my 3 year old and he absolutely loved her. I worked from home, so I was able to see her interaction. She was present, engaged, calm, and in charge. I really appreciated I never saw her with her phone out, as she was focused on her job. She also has a long drive from Bozeman to Big Sky but was on time every morning at 8 am. I would definitely use her again!
